One day he finds Chi in the trash; a very life like Persocom (Chobit) which you find out later is a super computer Persocom that is very unknown. Chi has had her Operating System erased and yet still can move unlike most Persocom. At first all Chi can say is chi, and Hideki has to teach her everything as if she is a child, even dressing herself. Hideki could buy learning software but he can't afford it, besides what fun would that be.
Through out the season there will be perverted jokes, but this is what i like about anime yes the main thing you notice is perverseness or humor, yet good anime has a hint of a background story. You see Hideki's friends are each affected by Persocom love that either ruins there relationships or make them feel inadequate. Hideki starts to feel love for Chi, and she reads these mysterious books that help her learn her feelings. Hideki has to decide is it right to love a Persocom or should he try to find love in humans. This anime will have you laughing out loud to the perverseness, going awww to Chi's cuteness, and crying for loves sake, and rooting for them both. I hope you fellow blogger's and friends watch this show and give it a true chance before your offended by its perverseness.
